Frequently Answered Queries

Answers regarding Letter of Authority scope, microbusiness structures, and broker integrated uplift parameters.

No. Our standard comparison, consulting, and negotiation services cost you nothing directly. We receive an integrated commission directly from the supplier you choose, paid as a small fraction of a penny per kWh inside your unit rates once the meter transfer is finalized.
Highly important: No. A standard Letter of Authority simply authorizes us to query national grid registries (Ecoes or DES) and submit utility rate inquiries to supplier networks on your behalf. We will never commit you to any commercial tariff without your explicit verbal or written authorization.
A business is classified as a Microbusiness by Ofgem if it consumes less than 293,000 kWh of gas per year, or less than 100,000 kWh of electricity per year, or has fewer than 10 full-time employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet total under €2 million. Microbusinesses enjoy strict regulatory protections and total commission disclosures under the TPI Code.
Of course. Sourcing rates does not bind your company. You are completely free to cancel our utility searches or withdraw your Letter of Authority anytime before a supply agreement is formally locked.
